Our Academy

Shrewsbury Town's Academy operates at Category Three status, providing a pathway for talented young players from across the Shropshire area to progress towards professional football.

Our dedicated coaching staff, led by the Academy Director, oversee age groups from U9 through to U18, with a clear development philosophy built on technical excellence, tactical awareness and personal development.
