George Lloyd selected for EFL League Two Team of the Week!

With a WhoScored rating of 9.5/10, George Lloyd was rated the best-performing player in League Two this weekend!

Lloydy delivered what was described by the EFL as 'a career standout performance' in our 3-3 draw with Gillingham on Saturday.

The forward struck twice in the first half, giving us a 3-1 lead at the break

But Lloyd was dangerous throughout the match, with the most shots on target of any player in the game and he won seven of 11 aerial duels.

This rating of 9.5 is the highest of Lloyd’s career, surpassing his previous best of 9.4 against Crawley last October.

The second-highest rated players in the division were George Grant of Salford and Ben Ward of Accrington, both of whom secured an 8.5/10
