Boss Gavin Cowan chatted to the media after watching his Shrewsbury side secure a deserved victory over Barrow.

Goals fron Anthony Scully and Luca Hoole saw the head coach earn his first win as Town boss - and pick up a huge three points in the process.

Tyler Walker did pull a goal back for the visitors at a bouncing Croud Meadow.

But, overall, Shrewsbury fully deserved their win.

Speaking to the media post-match, Gavin gave his thoughts on the game.

The boss also reflected on what's been a busy fortnight and revealed the good news that skipper John Marquis welcomed the arrival of a baby girl on Sunday.
