Michael Appleton met with the press following today's draw with Gillingham.

Town took an early lead through George Lloyd before doubling their advantage all before the 25th minute.

A Sam Stubbs own goal pulled one back for the visitors before Lloyd netted his second in added time at the end of the first period.

Second-half goals from Robbie McKenzie and Elliott Nevitt ensured the points were shared.

The boss reflected on a game of two halves at the Meadow, and while he was full of praise for parts of the performance, he said he was disappointed that his side couldn't hold on for what would've been their fourth consecutive home win.
