Will Boyle nominated for PFA League Two Fans’ Player of the Month award for October

We are delighted to announce that Will Boyle has been nominated for the PFA League Two Fans’ Player of the Month award for October.

A crucial part of the Salop side that went unbeaten in October, the centre-back contributed heavily to Town keeping three clean sheets in four games.

He also showed his attacking prowess, netting twice last month to help secure back-to-back home wins.

First, a powerful header saw us open the scoring against Cambridge United, before he replicated the feat with what proved to be a late winner over Crawley Town a week later.
