Chuks Aneke signs on!

Shrewsbury Town are delighted to announce the arrival of striker Chuks Aneke.

The 32-year-old heads to Shropshire to reunite with head coach Michael Appleton, with the duo having previously worked together at Charlton.

Chuks, who has also played for Crewe, MK Dons and Birmingham, got a first glimpse of his new side when he watched our win at Barnet on Saturday from the directors' box.

The forward now gives boss Appleton more attacking options for the rest of the 2025/26 campaign.

Speaking with the Shrewsbury Town media team earlier today, Chuks discussed the move, his relationship with Michael and his role in the Town squad for the season ahead.
