Shrewsbury Town kicked off the competitive season by progressing in the Carabao Cup, beating Salford City on penalties.

Josh Davison's goal just after the break put Town in front, prior to the hosts finding an equaliser to take the game to a shootout.

Will Brook made four crucial saves, teeing up Arkell Jude-Boyd to score the winner and send us through to the next round.
