Planned Protests - 22nd August:

Shrewsbury Town acknowledges social media posts from various groups promoting a planned protest in the town centre ahead of our first home match of the season against Barnet on Saturday, 22nd August.

To avoid any misunderstanding, the club wishes to make clear that any group claiming to represent or engage with Shrewsbury Town supporters is not affiliated with the club. Their actions and messaging are not endorsed by us in any capacity. Any suggestion to the contrary is inaccurate and potentially harmful.

The club reiterates its unwavering commitment to being a fully inclusive organisation. All supporters are welcome at Shrewsbury Town, regardless of race, sexuality, disability, religion or gender.

We maintain a strong working relationship with West Mercia Police and will continue to collaborate closely to ensure the safety of supporters and the security of the Croud Meadow.
