First interview | Michael Golding

Shrewsbury Town's newest acquisition Michael Golding spoke to the media team after completing his move from Leicester City.

The midfielder joins on a season-long loan from the current Sky Bet League One outfit for which he made his Premier League debut back in 2024 against Southampton.

He also spent six years with Chelsea, making his professional debut at Stamford Bridge in the FA Cup in 2023.

Speaking ahead of Saturday's fixture against Salford City, the England youth international reflected on his first 24 hours with the team and what he hopes to achieve during his time in SY2.
