Autographs were signed, pictures were taken and a lot of fun was had at the Shrewsbury Town Open Day.

Our Open Day has become one of the most popular fixtures in the calendar in recent years with thousands of supporters flocking to the Croud Meadow.

This year was an extra special one - with the day officially kicking off our 140th anniversary celebrations.

And it's fair to say the event was a huge success with some wonderful memories made as fans got to meet Gavin Cowan, his staff and his playing squad ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The day started with out popular players' breakfast before the squad took part in a range of family-friendly activities around the stadium.

Gavin Cowan then held a Q&A with supporters before Shrewsbury Town Women beat rivals Walsall in a pre-season friendly.
