Manager Gavin Cowan enjoyed a chat with the media ahead of our League Two clash with Northampton.

Salop welcome Chris Hogg's side to the Croud Meadow tomorrow determined to put on a performance to make supporters proud.

Cowan's men have played seven matches this season - with only two of them on home turf.

Speaking to the assembled media, the boss reflected on his side's start to the season.

Gavin also provided a fitness update on Josh Ruffels and Jack Price while confirming he is still scouring the free agent market when it comes to additions.

The boss also gave his thoughts on the announcement this week that an American consortium has been granted approval by the EFL and IFR to purchase the club.
